A customer management solutions company is filling a position for a Virtual Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Professionally handling a high volume of incoming calls
  • Gathering customer information, assessing and fulfilling customer needs
  • Utilizing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a degree or the appropriate education
  • Stable work history
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft applications
  • Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
