Job Summary

A business services company specializing in customer relationship management is filling a position for a Virtual Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Talk to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, and escalate to supervisor when appropriate
  • Upsell to customers as necessary

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Stellar customer service skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to respond to requests for assistance and/or processing credit cards
  • Ability to track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Ability to maintain and update customer information
