Job Summary
A call center consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist customers by placing orders for goods or services
- Connect addicts with their crisis counselors
- Guide customers to the best service appointment that fits their needs
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to efficiently follow a script with instructions
- Make certain to effectively answer caller's questions
- Windows Compatible Computer (Not a Mac or Chromebook)
- Must display genuinely friendly, engaging, and helpful personality, on and off the phone
