A call center consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist customers by placing orders for goods or services
• Connect addicts with their crisis counselors
• Guide customers to the best service appointment that fits their needs

Position Requirements Include:

• Must be able to efficiently follow a script with instructions
• Make certain to effectively answer caller's questions
• Windows Compatible Computer (Not a Mac or Chromebook)
• Must display genuinely friendly, engaging, and helpful personality, on and off the phone
