Job Summary

A B2B customer solutions company has a current position open for a Virtual Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Dispatching service techs to homes for emergency repairs.
  • Reaching doctors for patients requiring medical attention.
  • Making reservations for restaurants and hotels.

Required Skills:

  • Must be able to efficiently follow a script with instructions
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to listen and recognize when a call needs to be escalated
  • Must display genuinely friendly, engaging, and helpful personality, on and off the phone
  • Must be able to uphold client confidentiality at all times
