A business services company specializing in customer relationship management has a current position open for a Virtual Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Talking to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Maintaining and updates customer information as necessary
- Escalating calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- Phone-related customer service
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
