Job Summary
A global engagement agency is seeking a Virtual Customer Service Representative in Edina.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Navigating customers through basic website technical support
- Working on check account or certificate balances or account transactions
- Communicating program rules and program information to customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- HS Diploma
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Ability to maintain customer relationships
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong computer navigation skills, with the ability to manage multiple screens simultaneously
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/communication channels simultaneously
