A business services company has an open position for a Virtual Customer Service Representative in Fort Wayne.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Connecting with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate

- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
