Job Summary
A customer experience management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Customer Service Representative in Killeen.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Connecting with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media
- Resolving customer questions or concerns
- Attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Active Property & Casualty License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months sales experience minimum
- Typing 35 WPM
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Strong listening skills
