A customer experience management and business process outsourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Customer Service Representative in Killeen.
Must be able to:
- Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
