Job Summary
An information technology staffing company is in need of a Virtual Customer Service Representative in Las Vegas.
Must be able to:
- Provide positive, fast, and complete support resolutions to users via various access channels
- Identify common trends within support interactions and escalate appropriately
- Be calm in the face of chaos, and have empathy in difficult situations
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ years’ experience in customer service or call center
- Flexible schedule, willing to work non-traditional business hours and weekends
- High level of comfort and familiarity with smartphone applications (iPhone and Android)
- Able to type at minimum 50 WPM
- Must have fully operational smart phone with an active carrier
- Strong problem-solving skills
