Job Summary

An information technology staffing company is in need of a Virtual Customer Service Representative in Las Vegas.

Must be able to:

  • Provide positive, fast, and complete support resolutions to users via various access channels
  • Identify common trends within support interactions and escalate appropriately
  • Be calm in the face of chaos, and have empathy in difficult situations

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1+ years’ experience in customer service or call center
  • Flexible schedule, willing to work non-traditional business hours and weekends
  • High level of comfort and familiarity with smartphone applications (iPhone and Android)
  • Able to type at minimum 50 WPM
  • Must have fully operational smart phone with an active carrier
  • Strong problem-solving skills
