Job Summary
A business process outsourcing company has an open position for a Virtual Customer Service Representative in Macon.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Following up to customer inquiries by taking specific action
- Troubleshooting equipment and system problems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be 18 years old
- Type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Ability to use desktop computer system and hardware
- Logical problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Proven oral and written communication skills consistent with North American Business standards
