Job Summary
An outsourcing services company is filling a position for a Virtual Customer Service Representative in Norfolk.
Must be able to:
- Answer back to back calls and resolve issues
- Build a strong relationship with your customer
- Resolve the problem quickly and ensure situation does not escalate
