Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Customer Service Representative in Phoenix.

Must be able to:

  • Promptly and accurately does benefits investigations
  • Highlight any important notes / requests from the provider in the case
  • Prioritize and organize cases to be processed in timely manner

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma / GED or higher
  • 3+ months of pharmacy related experience, including retail pharmacy experience
  • Ability to work an 8 hour shift between 6:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends
  • High Speed home internet access with ability to work remotely in a home office environment
