A contact center is in need of a Virtual Customer Service Representative in Scottsdale.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering back to back calls and resolving issues
- Resolving the problem quickly and ensuring situation does not escalate
- Speaking clearly with empathy in both positive and negative situations

- Ability to speak on the phone and use a computer
