Job Summary

A car rental company is seeking a Virtual Customer Service Representative in Sierra Vista.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to efficiently answer customer requests
  • Maintaining, at a minimum, target levels of productivity and performance
  • Handling incoming calls, efficiently resolving a variety of customer service inquiries

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to complete I-9 work authorization paperwork in person
  • Have permanent residence with a defined working space that is clean and quiet
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience supporting customers via phone, email, chat and/or in person required
  • Must currently live in the state of AZ and must currently live in the Sierra Vista metro area
  • Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
