Job Summary
A car rental company is seeking a Virtual Customer Service Representative in Sierra Vista.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to efficiently answer customer requests
- Maintaining, at a minimum, target levels of productivity and performance
- Handling incoming calls, efficiently resolving a variety of customer service inquiries
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to complete I-9 work authorization paperwork in person
- Have permanent residence with a defined working space that is clean and quiet
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience supporting customers via phone, email, chat and/or in person required
- Must currently live in the state of AZ and must currently live in the Sierra Vista metro area
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
