Job Summary
A kosher meats company has an open position for a Virtual Customer Service Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails using CRM apps,
- Promoting and selling products to existing customers via sales calls and emails
- Generating sales leads via targeted community outreach, partnerships, social media, etc.
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to coordinate with delivery personnel
- Must be able to perform data entry and clerical work
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned
- Must be able to work additional hours and seasonal overtime during holiday busy seasons
