Job Summary

A kosher meats company has an open position for a Virtual Customer Service Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Answering phone calls and responding to emails using CRM apps,
• Promoting and selling products to existing customers via sales calls and emails
• Generating sales leads via targeted community outreach, partnerships, social media, etc.

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Ability to coordinate with delivery personnel
• Must be able to perform data entry and clerical work
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned
• Must be able to work additional hours and seasonal overtime during holiday busy seasons
