Job Summary

A construction company has an open position for a Virtual Customer Service Technician.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Gather customer information to correctly pinpoint Customer needs
  • Log and organize incoming calls from Customers and Contractors
  • Follow up calls to customer to assure incident closure

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to learn technical information and troubleshoot problems when necessary
  • Strong customer interface and customer satisfaction skills
  • Must have PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
