Job Summary
A construction company has an open position for a Virtual Customer Service Technician.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Gather customer information to correctly pinpoint Customer needs
- Log and organize incoming calls from Customers and Contractors
- Follow up calls to customer to assure incident closure
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to learn technical information and troubleshoot problems when necessary
- Strong customer interface and customer satisfaction skills
- Must have PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
