Job Summary
A software platform company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Investigating technical and non-technical customer issues
- Providing training to users and directing them to additional information
- Improving and updating our support procedures and policies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Native English speaker (or equivalent)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Good understanding of writing platforms and editing software
- Previous customer service, product support or help desk experience
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
