Job Summary

A software platform company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Investigating technical and non-technical customer issues
  • Providing training to users and directing them to additional information
  • Improving and updating our support procedures and policies

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Native English speaker (or equivalent)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Good understanding of writing platforms and editing software
  • Previous customer service, product support or help desk experience
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
