Job Summary

A marketing company is in need of a Virtual Customer Success Integration Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting with the setup, execution and coordination of integration services for webcasts and virtual events
  • Interfacing with clients under fast-paced, time-critical situations
  • Utilizing excellent troubleshooting abilities

Position Requirements Include:

  • Understanding of data mining, data warehousing, business intelligence and lead management processes and technologies
  • Experience in business analytics
  • Advanced user of advanced marketing automation systems like Marketo or Eloqua
  • Familiarity with database systems
