A marketing company is in need of a Virtual Customer Success Integration Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting with the setup, execution and coordination of integration services for webcasts and virtual events
- Interfacing with clients under fast-paced, time-critical situations
- Utilizing excellent troubleshooting abilities
Position Requirements Include:
- Understanding of data mining, data warehousing, business intelligence and lead management processes and technologies
- Experience in business analytics
- Advanced user of advanced marketing automation systems like Marketo or Eloqua
- Familiarity with database systems
