Job Summary
An intellectual property management company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Customer Success Manager in Alexandria.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing relationships at the management and partner levels for assigned strategic law firm customers
- Becoming a trusted advocate and advisor with customers
- Advising clients on strategies and tactics for managing their clients portfolios
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 to 7 years of client-facing account management experience
- 5 to 7 years of high-level management or consulting experience in a law firm environment, or similar experience
- 3 to 5 years of intellectual property experience
- Understanding of the company products and services
- Ability to effectively interact at all levels of an organization and secure delivery of commitments
