Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Virtual Customer Success Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Guiding customers from sign-up to the moment of “first success” with our system
  • Running onboarding sessions with new customers via join.me
  • Responding to support tickets via live chat (Intercom) and email (Zendesk)

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience handling customer support in a technical position
  • Experience with Google Suite: GMail, Docs, & Sheets
  • Experience with Outlook, join.me, Zapier, Windows and Mac OS
  • Experience with ticketing systems: ZenDesk, Intercom
  • Discipline to keep customer priorities in order
