Job Summary
A community events software platform has an open position for a Virtual Customer Success Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering new process efficiencies and rigor to our Customer Success team
- Defining and overseeing lifecycle processes/touch points
- Establishing yourself as a subject matter expert and evangelist
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years leading growth-oriented professional services, consulting, customer success, support, or similar
- Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
- Highly entrepreneurial, authentic, and humble
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
