Job Summary

A community events software platform has an open position for a Virtual Customer Success Vice President.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering new process efficiencies and rigor to our Customer Success team
  • Defining and overseeing lifecycle processes/touch points
  • Establishing yourself as a subject matter expert and evangelist

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years leading growth-oriented professional services, consulting, customer success, support, or similar
  • Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly entrepreneurial, authentic, and humble
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Thrive on open transparency, communication, and collaboration internally and externally
  • A strong history in being a role model inclusive leadership
