A contact services company is in need of a Virtual Customer Support Agent in Conway.
Must be able to:
- Speak on the phone and use a computer
- Empathize and be friendly with people you’ve never met
- Use logic and solve problems
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must own a personal Windows-based computer with monitor, speakers and anti-virus software
- Must own a USB headset for online training and a telephone headset for taking live customer calls
- Must have a subscription to high-speed, hard-wired Internet connection
- Must have an Analog landline that meets one of the company listed requirements
- Must be able to provide awesome customer service on behalf of the big companies
