An office space rental company is in need of a Virtual Customer Support Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with customers regarding escalated customer service issues
  • Maintain and implement an extraordinary customer service environment
  • Lead and develop a customer service team

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years customer service experience
  • Familiarity and understanding of web based and mobile software
  • Background in implementation of support center management tools
  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with the commercial real estate market
