Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line customer service by answering calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer concerns
- Document customer interactions and maintain case management system updates
- Collaborate with store leadership and other departments to address customer issues and enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Availability to work any shift between Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm EST and on holidays
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
