Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line customer service by answering calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer concerns
  • Document customer interactions and maintain case management system updates
  • Collaborate with store leadership and other departments to address customer issues and enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Availability to work any shift between Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm EST and on holidays
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
