Job Summary
An internet video streaming service is in need of a Virtual Customer Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering world class customer support
- Building customer satisfaction and loyalty by troubleshooting all inquiries
- Providing effective and timely resolution of a range of customer inquiries
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to speak, read, and write professionally in English
- Above-average knowledge of tech-related elements
- Ability to identify and meet customer's needs and requirements
- Must be available for weekend (Saturday & Sunday) hours
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required
