Job Summary
An educational services call center is in need of a Virtual Customer Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handling calls from multiple clients
- Using multiple scripts and rebuttals to overcome rejections
- Meeting company metrics and sales targets
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong listening skills, professional telephone manner and ability to deal tactfully with callers
- Comfortable with and driven to meet and exceed goals and metrics
- Receptive to and quick to implement constructive feedback
- Above average computer and typing skills; 35 WPM minimum keyboarding required
- Computer with at least 4 GB of RAM; 2GHz processor
- High speed and wired internet connection only
