Job Summary

An educational services call center is in need of a Virtual Customer Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handling calls from multiple clients
  • Using multiple scripts and rebuttals to overcome rejections
  • Meeting company metrics and sales targets

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Strong listening skills, professional telephone manner and ability to deal tactfully with callers
  • Comfortable with and driven to meet and exceed goals and metrics
  • Receptive to and quick to implement constructive feedback
  • Above average computer and typing skills; 35 WPM minimum keyboarding required
  • Computer with at least 4 GB of RAM; 2GHz processor
  • High speed and wired internet connection only
