A marketplace for remote work is in need of a Virtual Customer Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Skillfully communicating with customers
- Skillfully communicating with freelancers
- Working seamlessly across all services to resolve issues large and small
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ years sales and/or customer support experience
- Tech-savvy
- Excellent written communication skills
- Have rare people skills which allow you to get out in front of problems
- Patient and you don’t get riled up easily
- Very well organized and can multi-task with ease and efficiency
