A company that provides a third-party cyber risk management platform has a current position open for a Virtual Customer Support Representative Assessment Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Help third parties via email, phone and other live support channels
  • Serve as a diverse subject matter expert
  • Build and maintain a vast knowledge of internal processes, resources, and third party accounts

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
