Job Summary
A company that provides a third-party cyber risk management platform has a current position open for a Virtual Customer Support Representative Assessment Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Help third parties via email, phone and other live support channels
- Serve as a diverse subject matter expert
- Build and maintain a vast knowledge of internal processes, resources, and third party accounts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1 year in a professional customer service role working with multiple customers or vendors at a time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An optimistic team player who can function in a high-pressure environment
- Know how to follow an established process
- Savvy with sensitive information
- An interest in risk assessment and cyber security
