Job Summary
A software technology company has a current position open for a Virtual Customer Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage Help Desk systems and track support issue progress
- Escalate product issues as necessary
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the members of the Customer Support Team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proven Tier 2+ Support responsibilities and skills
- At least 3-5 years of technical support experience at a SaaS-based company
- Passion for solving problems and taking action
- BA/BS degree required
