Job Summary

A software technology company has a current position open for a Virtual Customer Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage Help Desk systems and track support issue progress
  • Escalate product issues as necessary
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the members of the Customer Support Team

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Proven Tier 2+ Support responsibilities and skills
  • At least 3-5 years of technical support experience at a SaaS-based company
  • Passion for solving problems and taking action
  • BA/BS degree required
