A staffing agency is seeking a Virtual Customer Support Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a customer service team of 20 to 100 agencts
- Handling customer escalations
- Delivering weekly progress on quarterly quality and productivity goals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- 10+ years Manager Experience
- 3+ years hands on technical support 5+ years as team manager
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
