Job Summary

A non-profit organization is seeking a Virtual Data Analytics Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Aggregating and performing analysis on shelter data from a variety of sources
• Procuring and mining shelter, industry and census data
• Exploring opportunities to enhance, visualize and automate the data to improve effectiveness

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years prior data mining / analytics / segmentation experience
• Prior staff management experience required
• Ability to conduct analyses with relative autonomy and have high curiosity and tolerance for ambiguity
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
• Demonstrated exceptional communication, listening, and customer service skills
