Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Data Entry Clerk II.
Must be able to:
- Perform direct data entry into the agency management system for new, renewal, and adjustments
- Receive and attach appropriate documents and mails policy forms to customers
- Annotate the appropriate systems for follow-up
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma, OR, General Equivalency Diploma
- 1 or more years relevant customer service experience
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced and complex business environment
