Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Virtual Data Loss Prevention Engineer in Irving.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing, implementing, managing and sustaining DLP technology set/controls
- Serving as a DLP subject matter expert within the organization to span technical, operational, governance, and business considerations
- Troubleshooting issues / document root cause, resolutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 years experience working in an information security technical role
- Experience deploying, configuring and sustaining DLP solutions in a 50k+ globally distributed endpoint environment
- Hands-on administration experience working with Symantec DLP, McAfee DLP or a similar enterprise DLP product to include the capabilities of Data at Rest, Data in Motion, and Data in use
- Strong understanding of general security and networking concepts and experience applying same in corporate network environments
- Self-learner with a passion for IT security who is adaptable to changing requirements
- Ability to work successfully with others in large and small teams
