Exemplar Human Services - Database Developer
Summary: Exemplar Human Services provides business intelligence and reporting to human services organizations, specifically online and emailed reports and dashboards that deliver information derived from multiple data sources. We are a telecommuting company: our staff works remotely and communicates regularly via telephone or online chat.
Job Description: The Database Developer will primarily build and test new and edit and test existing SQL- / SSRS-based reports, and collaborate with team members to design, test, and implement the next generation data processing and reporting architecture. Secondary responsibilities include production support, ad-hoc data analysis, general troubleshooting and problem solving.
Skills Required:
Please note this is a junior-level position.
Two- to three-years' experience with T-SQL and SQL Server Reporting Services.
Familiarity with Lean/Agile software development methodologies.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently in a remote-office setting.
Great communication skills.
Some experience with at least one .NET programming language is a plus.
Experience in the health and human services space is a plus.
