Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Virtual Database Developer and Administrator in Charleston.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to and resolving database access and performance issues as needed
  • Consuming data from various external sources via ETL tools/processes
  • Providing support expertise on all database design and development projects

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • BS degree in Engineering and five to seven years experience
  • 5 years of experience as Database Administrator in MS SQL Server
  • Experience with MS SQL Server 2012
  • 2 years of experience working with various ETL tools
  • Professional experience migrating from SQL Server 2005 or 2008 to SQL Server 2012
  • Requires a Secret security clearance
