Virtual Design & Construction Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Design & Construction Manager to support a large Data Center project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of VDC initiatives and technology solutions
• Analyze requirements and evaluate risks to enhance VDC opportunities
• Manage local Project VDC Managers & Engineers and establish performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 7-10+ years of experience in a BIM or VDC-related role
• Experience in managing multiple offices, regions, or projects
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks)
• Understanding of Lean Construction principles
