An online learning company is seeking a Virtual Design Mentor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Setting and managing student expectations and helping them stay motivated to make progress
- Striving to maintain a high assessment pass rates for students
- Identifying and helping students who are struggling with learning objectives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years relevant professional work experience
- Professional experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, Balsamiq, and/or Invision
- Demonstrate genuine student advocacy and empathy for beginners
- Strong English communication skills
