Job Summary
A company that helps ensure studies for new drugs are accurately developed is filling a position for a Virtual Desktop Support Technician.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot employee desktop related technology issues
- Train staff about uses of existing technology
- Ensure technology enables employees to perform their daily functions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Flexibility in work schedule to map to business requirements, including occasional on call
- Strong Workstation hardware and software knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Comfortable interacting with all end users including executive level management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; Office 2016 including Outlook, and Microsoft Exchange 365
- Active Directory including Group Policy experience
