Job Summary

A company that helps ensure studies for new drugs are accurately developed is filling a position for a Virtual Desktop Support Technician.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot employee desktop related technology issues
  • Train staff about uses of existing technology
  • Ensure technology enables employees to perform their daily functions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Flexibility in work schedule to map to business requirements, including occasional on call
  • Strong Workstation hardware and software knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Comfortable interacting with all end users including executive level management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; Office 2016 including Outlook, and Microsoft Exchange 365
  • Active Directory including Group Policy experience
