Job Summary
An IT staffing company is seeking a Virtual DevOps Engineer in Dallas.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Extend and maintain infrastructure-as-code for the company's Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure
- Extend and maintain deployment operations tooling
- Oversee CI/CD systems and underlying infrastructure
Qualifications for this position include:
- Broad knowledge of relevant modern web technologies
- Working knowledge of our main application stacks (Java/Spring, Node)
- Experience with high volume data systems or in the financial services industry
- Varied DevOps tools/environments: experience, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Kubernetes, and Docker
- Experience with Python, Bash/Make, Consul, Git, and Selenium
- Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Nagios, and Splunk knowledge
