Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Diabetes Nurse Clinician - Part Time.

Responsibilities:

Conduct 20-minute clinical intake visits with prospective patients via video and/or phone
Educate patients about Virta and Virta's treatment and helping them prepare for their nutritional and behavioral journey with Virta
Provide care of the highest quality that delivers an exceptional experience for the patient

Qualifications:

Minimum of two years experience working with diabetes patients in a clinical setting
Active RN license with at least one year of clinical experience working with patients with type 2 diabetes
Associate or Bachelor's RN Nursing degree from an accredited school or university
Interest and aptitude for working with a growth stage, tech-enabled healthcare organization
Outstanding bedside manner and ability to work well with others
