Virtual Diagnostic Specialist
Job Summary
Educating healthcare providers on genetic testing initiatives, the full-time Virtual Diagnostic Specialist will work remotely to raise awareness of sponsored testing programs, identify educational needs, and provide training and advocacy to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead educational efforts on genetic testing and raise awareness of testing programs among healthcare providers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement diagnostic strategies
- Identify and engage Genetic Testing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) while delivering high-quality education and insights
Required qualifications
- BA/BS required; healthcare degree strongly preferred (MS, RN, PA, PharmD, PhD)
- 3-4 years of experience in pharma/biotech, commercial, clinical/medical, or diagnostics
- Strong virtual presentation and influencing skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and virtual meeting technologies
- Experience collaborating with KOLs and stakeholders in a diagnostic or medical education context
