Virtual Diagnostic Specialist
Job Summary
Educating healthcare providers on genetic testing initiatives, the full-time Virtual Diagnostic Specialist will work remotely to establish diagnostic expertise and support client-sponsored testing programs through virtual platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Lead education on genetic testing and identify educational needs within the healthcare community
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement diagnostic strategies
- Provide training and advocacy for healthcare providers regarding genetic testing resources and best practices
Required qualifications
- BA/BS required; healthcare degree strongly preferred (MS, RN, PA, PharmD, PhD)
- 3-4 years of experience in pharma/biotech, particularly in commercial, clinical/medical, or diagnostics
- Excellent virtual presentation and communication skills
- Experience engaging healthcare stakeholders through digital platforms
- Knowledge of ophthalmology is strongly preferred
