Job Summary
An education company is in need of a Virtual Digital Platform Trainer.
Must be able to:
- Conduct in-person, web-based, live-chat, phone and emailing training to promote product features and functionality
- Collect and analyze data to prioritize relevant customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams
- Track and report on the success of the customer outreach provided to the renewal rate and upgrades or new product sales
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Conduct in-person training and support face-to-face customer events
- A Bachelor's degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Experience in learning multiple digital platforms and the ability to teach others
- Minimum of two years experience in a customer facing (business-to-business) role
- Experience in training and online presentations
- Advanced technical and computer skills (Microsoft Office, G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, forms, Sites) Windows, SharePoint, etc
