Job Summary
A financial and insurance company is seeking a Virtual Digital Workplace Services Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Build and maintain an enterprise-class conference room solution to meet the needs of our on-prem workforce and our expanding work-from-home environment
- Lead teams consisting of managers, consultants, engineers/SMEs and outsourced team responsible for the design, installation, security and maintenance of our client-computing environment and technology solutions
- Create and set the budget for PL’s enterprise client-computing technology needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years’ experience leading outsourced and offshore teams; 5+ years’ experience leading teams responsible for Active Directory, Email, Instant Messaging, Virtual Desktops, SCCM and End Point Security
- 10+ years’ leading enterprise teams in a 24x7 environment; 10+ years’ experience in engineering, implementing, and supporting end user technologies across a Fortune 500 business
- B.S/MS in Engineering and/or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Superior customer service mindset and solution delivery focus; demonstrated leadership abilities
- Ability to influence others and lead geographically diverse teams
