A company is looking for a Virtual Ecommerce Coordinator to support core operational functions across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with customer inquiries and manage the order process efficiently
• Monitor account health and provide basic performance reports
• Track inventory levels and coordinate basic supply chain management tasks

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, customer support, or similar role
• Ability to work a US-based schedule from 8:00am-5:00pm Central Time
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, and Loom
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks
• Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively
