Job Summary
A global e-commerce marketplace is in need of a Virtual eCommerce Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Resolving questions and achieving customer satisfaction from our customers and internal teams
- Taking ownership of individual customer queries
- Helping manage the customer experience through the order fulfillment process
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2 years experience in customer service or related experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
- A strong communicator who can explain complex information in simple ways
- Ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload
