Job Summary

A global e-commerce marketplace is in need of a Virtual eCommerce Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Resolving questions and achieving customer satisfaction from our customers and internal teams
  • Taking ownership of individual customer queries
  • Helping manage the customer experience through the order fulfillment process

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2 years experience in customer service or related experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
  • A strong communicator who can explain complex information in simple ways
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload
