Job Summary

An eCommerce company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual eCommerce Retail Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Taking incoming calls from customers who are placing orders, inquiring about products, etc
• Persuasively providing purchasing suggestions
• Entering and processing orders/returns

Required Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Reliable computer and internet connection
• Ability to maintain professionalism when dealing with challenging customers
• Comfortable taking incoming calls from customers
• Willing to make outbound calls to existing customers
