Job Summary
An investment management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Ecosystem Science and Sustainability Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Work as part of the Project Team to achieve LEED certification of projects
- Manage/assign submittals, oversee completion of templates, and gather supporting documentation for project website
- Prepare regular status and budget reports for client
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of experience with LEED certification, energy conservation, energy management, sustainability management or project management
- LEED GA, BD+C, CI or EBOM accreditation
- Participation in at least 5 LEED certifications submitted and approved by GBCI
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building automation and control systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Project and USGBC and EPA
