An education company has a current position open for a Virtual Education Technology Client Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

- Address questions via chat, phone and email
- Proactively contact clients
Position Requirements Include:
- Basic knowledge of databases or an aptitude to learn
- Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in training or service industry
